Pembrokeshire Wave House

Pembrokeshire Wave House

Built on the footprint of an existing 1950’s coastal property, this contemporary Wave House pushed the boundaries of anything we’ve done before. This contemporary build features old and modern building materials and techniques. With the lower tier of the building having been built with welsh slate blocks and a sedum roof covering. The upper build incorporates a standing seam Zinc roof with a one off stainless steel window that dominates the front of the building. The carbon footprint was reduced by using an air source heat pump and blown warm cell insulation.
